More Pictures

The boys will be 5 weeks old tomorrow. Boy does time fly!! As of Friday, Hayden weighed 9 pounds, 2 ounces, and Carson weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces. They are growing well and changing every day. Here are some various pictures I have taken over the past couple of weeks.

• This was on the 4th of July. Of course, we didn't do much, but the boys were dressed for the occasion anyway :).

• The boys like to lay in their Boppy pillows - when they aren't in their swings, bouncy seats, or someone's arms :). (Hayden is on the left and Carson is on the right - for those of you not sure)

• Here are the boys in their crib. They don't lay in it much yet because they still sleep in our room, but we put them in their from time to time to get them used to it. I think they like looking at all of the stuffed animals.

We Are Home!!

Finally!!! The boys were released from the hospital last Friday. We were so glad to get to bring them to their new home. We are lacking on sleep, but other than that, things seem to be going well. Phillip went back to work on Monday. That was the first time I was with the boys without him. He has been SO much help!! I was kind of afraid for him to leave, but we made it okay (with help from grandparents, of course). Today, I spent some significant amount of time alone with the boys - not all day, but enough to make me feel a little more comfortable with with taking care of them alone during the day. Hopefully soon it will be no big deal AND I'll be able to get things done around the house :).

We had our first doctor's visit Monday. Hayden weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce and Carson was 5 pounds, 1 ounce (go Carson!). The doctor said they are looking good. We go back on Friday for another checkup. Overall, they are good babies, but both have had their moments :).

Well, that is all I have for now, but I am sure there will be more pictures to come :). Also, I will try to keep you updated on our doctor's appointments. I probably won't be as good about it as I was during the pregnancy, but I will try. Spare time is hard to find these days!! :)
