11 Months

I am a little (more like a lot) late with the 11 month post. Things are so busy these days that time flies by without me realizing it. Anyway, better late than never, right?

The boys are doing all kinds of things now - and are getting into everything! Hayden started out taking a few steps during the last month or so without any help, but gets so excited that he falls down pretty quickly. Carson didn't really try it until the last week or so. Unlike Hayden, he is really steady and walks across the living room pretty regularly now. He is still wobbly and falls, but does really well overall. Now Hayden is trying to walk a little more (monkey see, monkey do). :)

There is ALOT of jabbering going on now. No real distinguishable words yet, except dada and mama (which I'm still not sure they are really meaning to say that). Although when they pick up a phone (or something that can act as a phone), it sounds like they say "hi." Their little noises are so cute! I love to listen to them jabber.

This past week, we have started having "big boy suppers." I have finally gotten confident enough to feed them what I am eating - or some variation. We have had small pieces of hamburger meat, chicken, lots of peas and carrots, green beans, and bread. It is really nice to be able to let them feed themselves, although a bit messy, because I can take some breaks and eat too. They have gotten to where they would much prefer to feed themselves.

Well, I think that is everything new for now. Our birthday party will be on June 16, so I am sure I'll be posting a lot of pictures shortly after that. Until then here are some new pictures. We tried to get them to be still and let us take some shots, but they weren't cooperating. So, here is what we got...
